Head of Central Services
Job Description:
To manage the smooth running of the office to support the Alpha Course Hong Kong ministry. This includes the management of finance and accounts unit, human resource, IT unit and office administration unit.
Detail of responsibilities:
- Operate the day to day running of the finance and accounts unit, ensure proper check and balance procedures are established, ensure accurate reporting of all money matters.
- Prepare monthly management report e.g. cash flow statement, P & L, balance sheet.
- Liaise with external auditor to ensure completeness of books for filing
and with company secretary to ensure proper filing and reporting of corporate affairs. - Manage the human resource in the office, track absence, punctuality and leave; pay roll, MPF, benefits execution and management.
- Manage the effective use of IT resources to provide efficient and value-added support to ministry team.
- Manage the accuracy of CRM database and its timely update.
- Manage resources in office for smooth administration and coordinate with
external vendors and coordinate resources to ensure smooth running of all
public and private events.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- University graduate with relevant professional qualifications.
- Minimum 10 yrs of relevant experience with 5 years of management experience.
- Outgoing, team player, passion to serve the Lord.
Remuneration:
- Commensurate with experience.
